SellTech Academy Privacy Policy
By enrolling in a course at SellTech Academy, you are granted a personal, limited, non-transferable license to access the course content via our digital platforms. This license is intended solely for your own learning and professional development within the scope of the academy.
Please note:
Courses are licensed, not sold. You are not permitted to share, resell, duplicate, download, or distribute any course content — whether partially or fully — unless explicitly approved in writing by SellTech Academy management.
This license allows you to:
Access the course and its learning materials for 3 months from the official start date.
Use the course content for non-commercial, personal, and educational purposes only.
This license does not allow you to:
Reproduce, redistribute, transmit, modify, lend, sublicense, or make any commercial use of the content.
Share your login credentials or download content for external use (e.g. torrents, private groups, etc.).
We reserve the right to revoke access to any course at any time, particularly in cases involving legal, ethical, or policy violations (e.g. copyright infringement, misuse, or violation of our code of conduct).
Access is granted to the course content and not to personal services or ongoing availability of instructors, Q&A forums, or third-party features. Supplementary features such as captioning or live support may be adjusted or removed by SellTech Academy at any time.
Instructors are not authorized to grant licenses or personal access to students directly. Any such offer is invalid and considered a breach of our terms.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
You can cancel the course registration at any time. A request for cancellation should be sent to the student support team at the email- guy.h@selltechacademy.com, the student administrators will respond to all inquiries within two business days.
A refund will be given according to the following criteria:
If the request to cancel was placed up to two weeks before the start of the course, you will receive a full refund minus 1000 NIS, the registration fee.
If the request to cancel was placed within a week before the start of the course and up to three days after the course has begun, You will receive a refund of 50% of the tuition fee. (500 NIS)
From the fourth day onwards, the student will not be eligible for a refund.
SellTech Academy – Code of Conduct
At SellTech Academy, the true power of our courses lies in the unique dynamic created by a diverse group of students, instructors, and staff. To maintain a respectful, inclusive, and productive learning environment, we kindly request that all students adhere to our Code of Conduct.
As a student at SellTech Academy, I commit to:
Be present for at least 80% of all course sessions.
Arrive on time to each session. If I happen to be late, I’ll join no later than 15 minutes after the session starts.
Work collaboratively with course managers and follow their guidance — they are here to support my success
Notify the course manager as early as possible if I anticipate being absent or running late
Keep my camera on throughout all online sessions. If I’m unable to do so, I’ll let my course manager know in advance.
Meet all deadlines for assignments, projects, and scheduled meetings.
Conduct myself with respect and professionalism, including appropriate attire and polite language during class.
I understand that inappropriate behavior may lead to disciplinary action, including removal from the course without a refund.
I also acknowledge that any violent, threatening, racist, or disrespectful behavior toward staff, peers, or others involved in the course is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate dismissal from the program without a refund.
Post-Course Employment Opportunities
SellTech Academy is committed to empowering its graduates with the skills, tools, and professional mindset necessary to pursue successful careers in tech sales.
As part of this mission, SellTech Academy has expressed its intention to consider top graduates of the program for potential employment opportunities within SellTech or its affiliated companies.
It is important to note that:
The definition and evaluation of a “Top Graduate” shall be determined solely by SellTech Academy, based on internal criteria which may include (but are not limited to) performance during the course, attendance, engagement, task completion, and professionalism.
While priority consideration will be given to top-performing graduates when relevant positions become available, SellTech Academy does not guarantee employment to any student, nor can it commit to a specific number of available positions.
SellTech Academy’s vision is to prepare talented individuals for entry-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) roles in Israel’s tech industry.
In alignment with this vision, the Academy is committed to helping and supporting students, both during and after the course, in securing their first tech sales position. This support includes professional guidance, networking opportunities, referrals, and introductions to potential employers.
However, students acknowledge and agree that the responsibility for securing employment ultimately lies with them, and that participation in the course does not constitute a job offer, a promise of employment, or a guarantee of placement.
Voucher for New Immigrants (Olim Chadashim)
SellTech Academy is proud to support new immigrants (Olim Chadashim) in their integration into Israel’s tech industry.
As part of this commitment, we are pleased to assist eligible students in applying for funding through the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration’s voucher program (“voucher”).
We are responsible for providing all necessary documentation and formal course information required for the application process. However, it is essential to note that SellTech Academy cannot guarantee the approval or issuance of the voucher, as this is contingent upon external factors beyond our control.
These external factors may include (but are not limited to):
Individual eligibility criteria set by the Ministry;
Governmental budget limitations;
Documentation or status-related issues on the part of the student.
While we are committed to supporting our students throughout the process and will make every effort to facilitate the application from our side, the responsibility for meeting government requirements and receiving the voucher ultimately lies with the student.
Accordingly, in the event that a student does not receive the voucher, for any reason whatsoever, the student shall not be entitled to any refund, compensation, or reimbursement from SellTech Academy. The student acknowledges and agrees that payment for the course is independent of the voucher outcome, and that all financial obligations toward SellTech Academy remain in full force regardless of the Ministry’s decision.
